We are SoulFools, that’s right two words - Soul and Fools - made into one. And we’re North London's premier soul and funk band! Also a spelling nightmare and a logo disaster if you can’t hand draw lettering.
We struggle on… Covering sweet soul music, plus some funk, upbeat instrumentals (the ones you can dance to) and our take on modern classics.
We typically perform as a 6 or 7 piece. And sometimes we all have microphones.
However we can adapt our line-up to appear as a smaller 5 piece.
Or, if required, can extend to a larger 9 piece soul band with full horn section and backing vocalists, who defo do have microphones. Magic.

For five years Newton has been fronting SoulFools, an accomplished live act known for their high-energy performances of classic soul and Motown hits.
He has also lent his talents to The SoulKings, - note, two words made into one - a Motown tribute band known for their authentic renditions of timeless classics and sings regularly with The Atlantic Soul Orchestra. (The later being three words but all separate, some people have no sense of adventure)
But Newton's talents don't stop at performing. He is also a talented songwriter and producer, creating his own music that showcases his unique blend of soul, R&B, and Motown influences.
